Why Harvest Purslane

I am so angry at myself for not learning this sooner! I have spent hours pulling these “weeds” out of my gardens. Now I find that they are so much more than weeds and have more nutrition then many of the traditional vegetables I worked so hard to grow there. Here a natural source of food and nutrients had been forcing its way into my garden every year with me fighting it tooth and nail!
