What is a FEMA POD? Why Should You Care?

A FEMA POD could be put into use in a number of SHTF scenarios. Pandemics, natural disasters, manmade disasters including but not limited to outside attacks on our country. They are the points of distribution for everything from water to vaccinations. How big and how many are determined by the disaster and the supplies available for distribution.

Many people choose to avoid contact with FEMA after a disaster but if you should need one of the supplies offered by their POD knowing what and where they are could be life saving. Even if you don’t trust or need their help knowing where and what can assist you in doing that as well.
