What Foods can be and How to Store Them Underground

Not everyone has the space or financial ability to install and maintain a full fledged root cellar. But you can still preserve foods from your harvest or hunting adventures underground to store for later use.

Native Americans and other cultures have and continue to do so for centuries. Including meat! Remember that having enough to get through the winter isn’t enough! You must also allow for the time lag between winter and new spring growth etc..
