Thanksgiving Dinner W/O the Guilt!
American Thanksgiving is almost upon us and the Canadians just celebrated theirs this past month. One portion of the celebration is an abundant meal and in the United States the centerpiece of the meal is traditionally a turkey. Over indulgence at this meal can leave you not only stuffed, sleepy but also a bit disappointed in yourself for not eating as healthily as you have promised yourself you will.
I make and break that promise to myself every year. But after reading the infographic posted below, I feel a little more forgiving of myself. Now If I can just find one that will tell me how good for me pumpkin pie is and I will be set! 😛
