Are Swedes Voluntarily being Micro Chipped for Convenience?

We have all at one time or another discussed the possibility of human beings being somehow micro chipped, tattooed, or otherwise “marked” for the purpose of identification. To most of us it is a frightening thought. However, when a Swedish company began asking for volunteers among their workers to be micro chipped to make their employment more convenient, they found many were quite willing to do so! See that story linked below

Talk about taking your work home with you! Swedish company implants microchips in its staff which lets them use the photocopier and pay in the canteen

Now it’s being reported by Zero Hedge that more ordinary Swedish citizens are coming forward desiring the microchip implanting for their daily convivence. The microchips being used to store emergency contact details, social media profiles, e-tickets for events, rail journeys within Sweden and other mundane daily activities. The Swedish Are Micro-Chipping Themselves Here’s Why

The process is relatively easy as shown in the diagram to your left. So much so that there are now classes being offered to semiprofessionals to teach how to do the implant properly as the demand for them rises leaving those currently licensed to do so overwhelmed by demand.

Is this a fleeting trend that will eventually find these folks rushing back to have the chip removed. Or will there be health issues caused by their long-term use that haven’t yet be noted?

What about the philosophical results of such a program? Who has access to the data? How is that controlled and by whom? How could the ordinary citizen control his/her data distribution?

Will we see a rash of self-removal of said chips in the future?

Is this a technological advancement or another case of technology being misused under the guise of benefit?

Read up on the subject starting with the links above and follow up with the social media postings of Swedish people proudly showing off their new chip. (We don’t have permission to use those post pictures here) Then let us know what you think!
