Underground Survival Shelter

Most of the survival shelters I have seen have either been so high end that I would have to sell everything I own in hopes of getting together the down payment! Or those that I am unsure would make it through a light rain never mind a serious SHTF event. This is the first I have seen that I actually think has it going on.
It appears to be basic but quite livable for more than a few days, well thought out, and best of all stable. We tend to assume in the time of crisis there will be no down time, no need for any comfort that it will be day one of survival from the day of the event until the final days. I don’t believe that.
I feel especially those who have prepared will be busy and concerned all the time, but there will be times when they have done all they can do for a period of time, and when some of the comforts of home will be much appreciated and well deserved. If I was to be trapped under a ton of snow for entire winter, I want to be reasonably comfortable!
