From School Bus to Cozy Home

I adore an unconventional home. I came across this one and had to share with you because it would make a neat little bug out haven. It could be parked on any little piece of land you are able to obtain without being on the grid. I would simply love it as a little get away during normal times and knowing it was hidden away somewhere off the grid on a plot near a stream or lake etc… would make my prepper heart flutter!!

But the true purpose of sharing this with all of you is to get your own creative juices flowing! A lot of us can’t afford a bunker, bug out cabin, or a conventional RV. However, something like this can be done one step at a time and secondhand school buses are available all over the world.  Other than the obvious benefits of having a bug out location that can be mobile, if necessary, the ability to make it specific to your particular needs is priceless.
