I admit to having a jar of the lower class version or Russian tea made with non organic ingredients in my cupboard, The author of the featured article is correct in that the taste of fresh ingredients can’t be imitated or captured in powered form. However both do work wonders to push away those nasty winter viruses. Even better when it tastes great too! Nothing is better than sitting curled up to a fire sipping on an unusual healthy tea and enjoying the evening.
