Protect Your Key Fob from Hackers
It does seem sometimes that the thieves are more technological advanced than ever before. I can only imagine the good they could do if they used their considerable skills in a positive way. Sad, isn’t it?
More and more cars and trucks are being stolen right out of our driveways than ever before and it seems the thieves thrive on our attempts to protect ourselves from them. Now hackers are accessing your key fob to silently and quickly gain access to your vehicle.
This report from USA Today advises you on methods of protecting your fob from hackers. I personally like the idea of the foil the best so that you can still keep your fob next to your bed at night and use it as an alarm system to alert those in the neighborhood of a possible intruder in your home. But whatever it takes to keep my car safely in my possession is a good thing.
