Preserving Carrots: Taqueria Pickled Carrots
When I think of preserving carrots, I am afraid I don’t necessarily think variety. Frozen, simply canned and dehydrated is the extend of my current repertoire. I hadn’t thought of pickling them. This recipe sounds like an awesome change to plain carrots. Try it and let me know what you think!
