Prepping for a Resource Run Post SHTF

There are a number of reasons you may have to make a run for additional resources during or shortly after a major SHTF event prior to the dust completely settling. We all hope that our supplies will be completely intact following an event. We plan for a certain number of people and perhaps a few extra. There could even be circumstances we never dreamed of surviving or even the possibility of happening, that do.  For these and a plethora of other reasons, making a run to scavenge for more resources could happen sooner than later.

Now is the time to accept and prepare for that possibility.  Even if none of those situations ever occur in your scenario, eventually all supplies run out and you will have to be out and about whether you’re scavenging or building self sufficient resources.
