Why Some Preppers Are Going Public

We all have our own reasons for prepping. Some of us have our reasons for doing so privately and they tend to be in the majority. Opsec is an important part of being prepared. So why are so many now choosing to go public?

Bloggers and aggregators alike are sharing the information we have and that we gather. Some like to teach and some like myself feel that sharing what I learn makes us all safer and more likely to survive. The more prepared you are, the less likely you will be to be knocking on my door with harmful intent and the more you will be able to take care of yourself and families. The more you know the more likely you will survive and you and I have different skills, skills that the other could use. Call it karma banking if you will in my own case.
