I actually not only think this is an excellent idea but that we are going to see a lot of this very soon. It’s really only smart. Especially with new construction part of the planning will include making the landscape edible.
Survival Mom plans to change her ordinary lawn into an edible garden a year at a time. Which is probably the best plan for the majority of us who already have a small lawn space to work with. I know when you think of garden you tend to think of neatly tended rows of green. But lots of edibles actually are colorful, pretty, and perennials.
