Open Padlocks With Out The Keys

If you find yourself with out your key to your padlocks. the tips contained in the videos below could be just what is needed. This is another of those hacks/tips/how to intended for use only on your own personal property during normal times but are good information to have in case ever needed in a post SHTF world.
During normal times if you have lost the key to your storage room or to any other piece of personal property you had padlocked. Or in a situation where you have driven a long way to reclaim your stored property only to discover upon arrival the key… well it’s still right where you left it sitting on the table at home. Rather than driving all the way back to retrieve it and assuming in either situation you aren’t carrying a bolt cutter, these methods could prove quite useful.
Post SHTF you may be scavenging for supplies in a desperate scenario. At that point in time the niceties of the legal process for taking over an abandoned locked property, no longer apply. Shelter can be your primary need and any supplies found inside would simply be a bonus. Again the niceties of obtaining consent don’t apply and these tricks for opening those locks could literally save your life and the lives of your group.
I would ask that if you are in a post SHTF scenario that you still respect the property that others had to permanently or temporarily leave behind. Remember they may be returning for these items and be in as dire need of them as you are. Don’t bust up the place unnecessarily. Don’t waste what you find and take only what you actually need and leave the rest behind for the rightful owner should he or she return for it or for the next desperate survivor who comes after you!
