MIY Squirrel Country Sausage
Many people eat squirrel on the regular. Especially popular in some parts of the United States. But in many places and for many people it is something that they haven’t yet tried or haven’t considered eating unless there is a lack of their usual meat orientated livestock. I have tried it, found it palatable just baked. But made into sausage it sounds tastier with the addition of spices.
