MIY Rhubarb Wine
If you have rhubarb growing on your property you know it like a weed needs virtually no care and is actually a bit difficult to get rid of if you do not want it anymore. It is quite edible of course and you will often see it mixed into sweet treats because is a bit tart and tangy, so it goes well with strawberries and cherries.
