MIY Butter With a Kitchen Mixer

Warm homemade bread and a dollop of fresh made butter, there is nothing like it. When I think of making butter I see the old butter churn on the front porch and someone tasked with the tiresome job of churning and churning and churning. It may not be the best solution for returning to the old ways but it is a way of getting the old flavor via a more modern appliance. It is just as healthy as home churned, just as tasty and without the additives from the store bought but much easier to make. To see the instructions go to the link below.
