3 MIY Cough Syrups
If SHTF the stores will close and making your own home remedies will be the only way to feel better or to cure ailments. Under those conditions a cough would be a really bad thing not just for the person suffering but for the entire group. Coughing is noisy and you may be in a situation where stealth and silence are important. Coughing takes extra air and effort, slowing down and tiring out the afflicted person and thus slowing the entire group if on the move. Worst of all if you are a small group and desire to join a larger one, someone with a cough will be decidedly seen as unsafe in a world without easy diagnosis for illnesses and would prevent other survivors from wanting the ill and anyone exposed to them in their group!
No one medication or remedy works for everyone! But it really is nice especially when your ill to know what you are putting into your body and not to have to run out to get something to feel better even in normal times. So we have 3 different recipes for cough syrup for you. Hopefully no matter what the situation is you will have access to all the Ingredients for at least one of them and that one of them will turn out to be the one that works wonders for you! All 3 are really good remedies and work well.
