As noted in the featured article, most of us reading this are not going hungry and obtaining enough to eat is not an issue at this time. However, during and after a SHTF event that may no longer be the case. Running to the local market or fast food joint will no longer be an option. There will be lots of hungry people. Learning skills like preparing the game you are able to hunt could keep you from becoming one of them. Squirrel tends to be an abundant protein source so a particularly good game animal to begin with.
These skills sustained our ancestors for millennia before us, and now, in our modern society, are almost nonexistent. See the full article below:
