DIY Ultimate Compost Bin

It is already time to begin preparing for next year’s garden! If you compost year around you always have good rich soil come planting season. Composting is not only good for your garden, your pocket book, but also for our environment.

Instead of trashing or your food scraps and yard waste, make them into usable rich new soil to use in your own garden and to increase your yield. Using what you have naturally is part of being self sustaining and self sufficient. Soil from composting doesn’t require as much fertilizer natural or commercial as does other soil as it was created from the very organic materials we often use to fertilize our gardens.

It’s easy to do and costs nothing once the bin is in place. You can purchase a number of different types of composters but this one is simple and easy to build yourself.
