Get a Get Home Plan
Bugging out is secondary to getting home! Most of us don’t have a lovely isolated rural fully stocked bug out location. Although we often dream of them! We get in our vehicles and we drive off to work every day and then jump back in them and head home at the end of the work day. Home is our safe haven, it is where those we care about are, where our preps are and where we feel the most comfortable which usually means we feel safe there. Getting home and wondering what has happened at home are the first things on people’s minds when an emergency strikes. It is our rally point.
