Bears are like most critters, beautiful and majestic creatures in their own environment.. It’s not until our environments collide that they become terrifyingly dangerous.

It’s up to zoners and environmentalist to curb our growth into their territory to prevent the onslaught of bear issues in our neighborhoods as human kind takes up more and more space on the planet. But for the most part although dangerous in our environment they are not usually deadly. We can stay behind our locked doors and tall fences to avoid direct conflict. However, when we venture into their territory we become extremely vulnerable to them. Several people are killed or maimed every year while hunting, hiking or camping.
