Edible Landscape: Eating Hosta
Perhaps you have little interest in gardening, gardening has become too arduous for your lifestyle, you don’t have the space for a garden, or your HOA won’t allow vegetable gardening on your property. This could be worrisome if there should be a SHTF event that disrupts the chain of food supply. If that should happen, new growing takes time. However, you can plant hosta now! Usually considered a landscaping plant, therefore unnoticeable to those just passing by and most HOAs. Attractive, relatively easy to grow and care for, and best of all they are edible!
