Pepper spray is a non-lethal self-defense item that can be used in most places if needed without legal ramifications. However, we strongly encourage you to check your local laws regarding the use of either commercial or homemade pepper spray. I would also warn you to please make sure if you do decide to make your own that you do so in a well-ventilated area and out of the reach of children and pets.
