DIY Household Sliding Barn Doors
In most areas of the country the summer outdoor projects are beginning to wind up. The weather is becoming either too wet or too cold to do much more gardening and other outdoor chores. Now is when the indoor ‘ honey do’ list kicks in.
One trend in decorating that has returned is the use of reclaimed wood and sliding barn doors. I really enjoy the appearance of both. I do however advise, especially if you have indoor pets that the recycled wood be sanded prior to use. If left beautifully raw and rugged it catches pet hair and is very difficult to keep clean and “unfurry”.
