DIY Canning Jar Vacuum Sealer

Especially now as our gardens are underway, we can begin to prepare for our future harvest. That means it’s important to have an easy, safe, and inexpensive method of preserving our produce for the winter and months beyond. .

Vacuum sealers can cost a pretty penny! So DIY one! Not everything fits neatly in a bag and some items I want to be able to open use part of the contents and then re-seal.  Let’s get frugal and learn how to make our own canning jar vacuum sealer. This should be in every gardener’s, homesteader’s and prepper‘s kitchens!
