DIY Ammo Can EMP Shield

The only complaint I had about the faraday bags I purchased is that I was concerned that they would get torn during a chaotic evacuation. So what I did when I obtained a couple of old ammo cans was put my faraday bags and their load of electronics in the cans for the ease of carry and the added protection of those electronic goods while on the move or while stashed with other gear.

Now I have found that you can turn the actual can into an EMP shield (faraday cage)! A terrific use of an empty ammo can and an easy do it yourself project. See the instructions at the featured link below
