DIY a Low Tech CFV Stove

Building a low tech CFV stove is great for camping, emergencies, or during a long term SHTF! Aluminum can stoves are quick and easy. Which works to your advantage during an urgent scenario, but they have longer term limitations, ie. fuel storage, heating capacity, and durability. CFV stoves are very efficient.
The high tech CFV stoves are harder to build but fortunately “Watermelon” has developed a set of instructions for a low tech version without the aluminum can stove’s limitations. Much easier to use on the fly then a campfire! See the step by step instructions for this design at the featured link
