Whether you enjoy a nip or two or not, learning to make your own moonshine is a good SHTF skill to learn. There will always be people willing to barter goods and services for it, it can be used to quicken the wine making process for your own enjoyment or trade, and it can be used in emergency medical situations when help is not on the way.
