Clay Packs Therapeutic, Hot, or Cold

Clay packs are something I had little to no knowledge about and frankly thought they were the thing my daughter puts on her face to scare her brother, that is suppose to make her skin clear and beautiful. I didn’t know they had so many other truly useful purposes! Then I received a question about them from a social media follower and did some research. What I found is that we all need to know more about the clay pack and it’s multiple uses.
