Preparing a Gunshot Survival Kit

To most of us suffering a gunshot post-SHTF is a terrifying possibility. Being shot at any time is not on the top of anyone’s to do list! But when medical care is not readily available it is even more frightening. Nothing can substitute having the real life saving skills and the equipment from a trained fully stocked ER.
However, to have a fighting chance in a scenario where medical care isn’t available any information or supplies we can make use of is better than nothing! In this article there are many supplies listed and some of them are serious medical gear that should really only be used by someone who knows what they are doing.
However, there are also supplies they talk about that can be used to deal with many other serious traumas if the worst should happen whether it is after the SHTF or other emergency situations. Use your own best judgment when deciding which supplies you should stock for this type of emergency and mentally file away the information in case you should ever need to use it when no other help is available.
