Are You Ready? Go Bag Essentials

If you are new to prepping you may be confused by the difference between a go bag, a bug out bag, or everyday carry. Even if you are a long time prepper you might find that you might of missed a trick or two and are always looking for additional information.

A go bag combined with your everyday carry is intended to act like a get home bag. It is just enough to get you where you need to go but not bulky or longer term like a bug out bag. These are often found in the trunk of the vehicle of anyone who travels to and from work on a daily basis and wants to be able to get home regardless of the disaster that may have befallen them. They are also great for sticking in the vehicle of those who don’t prep but you want to protect, your mom, sibling or child, making sure they can return home safely or to a designated location safely.
