We keep hearing aquaponics is the garden of the future. But what exactly is it, how does it work and why should we care?
Food is an essential to all of us It doesn’t matter what political affiliation you are, where you live, how much you earn or even how you choose to live your life. We all must have it and there isn’t enough of it to go around. There are those among us going hungry and not just in one of “those 3rd world countries” as is the popular phrase, but right here, right now in every country in the world.
Corporations see genetic modification as the way of insuring there is enough to go around and increasing the value of each food item grown. No one really wants genetic modifications in their daily meal. Perhaps the way of the future is to return to the past and the natural system developed by mother nature herself.
