Dealing With Looters

You will see this question discussed on almost every prepping, survival, or homesteading site. What do we do with the looters?

I am personally fed up with the idea that every upsetting event is an excuse for looting. Destroying your own neighborhood, your neighbor’s place of employment, your community’s businesses doesn’t solve the original issue! It only makes any scenario more devastating to the community. We need to build each other up during times of crisis rather than tear down everything around us.

But we know that there will be looters during any SHTF event. So, what do we do with them? Shoot to kill? Shoot to injure? Shoot to scare? Or even try to capture and detain until when or if law and order is restored? See what Ask a Prepper’s opinion on the question at the link below
