Field Dressing a Turkey

Field dressing your prey after the hunt helps insure that as much as possible of your kill stays usable and makes it much easier to pack out of the woods and back to your home or camp. In a SHTF scenario many who don’t currently hunt may have no choice but to become hunters to provide for their own and families’ nutritional needs. We hope that you will always use every part of the animal that you can and waste nothing remembering that this animal died to benefit you and yours.

Even if you are currently a hunter I am told field dressing a turkey in this manner will provide more meat then the more traditional method. See how at the video below
