DIY Air Conditioning

If you have no air conditioning, want to cool a small space, and have no small children (I feel it’s unsafe to have water and electricity in such close proximity to each other around young children) you could build this DIY air conditioner and have a cool room this summer.
The flicker hacker who made this one, wrapped the fan with copper tubing and rigged it so the cold water is pumped through the tubing using a fish tank pump. and then fan blows over the cold tubing and cools the air! To see the gajitz pictorial continue at the titled link below.
