8 Campfire Desserts

I love camping. There is just something about waking up in the morning to the fresh air and in the outdoors. Then eating a usually slightly crisp dinner just as the sun has set. (I am not the best judge of time when cooking over a campfire leading to our slightly crisp meal!) Just as the stars come out and we all snuggle around the camp fire with our blankets or warm jackets talking. Only one thing can make it better. Cooking and eating a nice wonderfully decadent dessert over the fire while we chat before bed.

But now that I have added these new recipes to my campfire desserts repertoire, it has been greatly advanced and is a bit more sophisticated for adults. While  still loved by the children! Imagine yourself absorbing the warmth of the campfire, perhaps sipping on a nice glass of wine, while nibbling on one of these sweet treats! I can taste it now!
