I came across this really neat resource and wanted to share it with all the other canners out there. As we begin harvesting our gardens for this year there are a number of fruits and veggies that are currently in season. Usually we store any abundance by freezing, dehydrating, or canning. This way we can enjoy them year round,
If you have some extra this year or want to store something differently then you have in previous years check out these canning recipes. They can be sorted by season or by favorites. Either way you are sure to find a couple you want to try.
