However, we should be carrying an emergency bag in our vehicles year round regardless of the climate in your area. Being stranded in a vehicle is not always weather related. Although extremely cold or hot weather does make the experience even more uncomfortable and harrowing. Your emergency kit in your vehicle should always include items related to the season as well as the basics for doing minor repairs, water, and any other necessities for your health like extra medication.
