You’ve read all about it. You’ve got your bug out bag together, you have a state of the arts tent, and a bunch of camping gear. You have even spent a night or two in that tent and loved it! Bring on the woods… you’re ready!
There is so much more to think about! Where are you going to go? Will there be plenty of food and water available? Are you going to bring your survival kit? If so, what’s going to be in it? What’s the weather going to be like? Do you have all of the necessary documents? (in some places it can be illegal to live in the woods). Who owns the land you plan on using? What predators might you come into contact with? Do you have the resources and knowledge to protect yourself from them?
