Canning Recipes: For Pressure and Water Bath Canning

I am so excited that it is harvest time!. I have a new electric pressure cooker canner combo and can’t wait to try it out! As my children grow up and leave home I will be canning smaller batches so when they got me a new canner they got an electric one that does small batches to make things a bit easier. 🙂 I really could have used an easier method when I was canning to feed all of them! But that doesn’t curtail my excitement to try out this new “toy”.

This of course means I need to make really good use of this gift. Now not so worried about having enough of what the children like to eat, I have room to experiment with new canning recipes.
