Foraging is something that we talk about learning to do safely often. There may come a day when it is our only option. But in all honesty that concerns me less than the newer forager who mistakes one plant for another and ends up very ill or in the worst case scenario risks their entire family by making jam or a meal, etc.. from a toxic plant they thought was something else who was just trying to be frugal and natural.
