Creating an Awareness Formula Evaluating Human Behavior

Creating an Awareness Formula Evaluating Human Behavior

We have had other featured articles that talk about situational awareness. But rarely do they tell us the formula for creating the baseline that is our normal so that we can determine what is out of place in our own environments. Sometimes we are too busy with our own business, problems, concerns, and truthfully being politically correct to be as observant as we really need to be in today’s world. We were all grew up hearing “Don’t  stare it’s not polite”  when something or someone looks odd. But those oddities that can not easily be chalked up to “normal” situations need to be looked at more closely. To do that you need a baseline of just what is normal in a particular environment. ie.. in a hospital people wearing a surgical mask is not outside the norm… unless that person is dressed in camouflage however a person wearing camouflage would be completely normal in the hunting section of a sporting goods store…..unless he/she is also wearing a surgical mask! Before the time of  Covid that is! Those are obvious examples, but the featured article goes deeper into creating that baseline formula evaluating human behavior within our individual environments and it’s an interesting read from the Personal Defense Network.
