There are obvious reasons for some professions to wear body armor. In some SHTF scenarios having and wearing body armor would be a life saver. The featured article today does list such a scenario as one of the reasons to own the armor. It also lists some very practical reasons and occasions where owning it and using it in today’s world is smart. I especially can relate to number 4!
